Right after opening in March, Irene began offering free deep cleans to seniors and families who needed help most. No big ad campaigns. No heavy discounts. Just real care and service.
By April her location had already taken off, and Irene was named Cleany Franchisee of the Month. Word of mouth spread fast, the community rallied behind her, and bookings followed. What many expected to be a slower rural market became one of Cleany's quickest early wins.
Irene is proving that heart-led entrepreneurship and genuine community trust can grow a business faster than traditional marketing, even in small-town Alberta.
Her next step: Irene has now acquired a second Cleany location, Fort McMurray.
